“Geo Alpha ranks trade ideas firing now by continuously scanning every world map data source, each tracing to an instrument.”
Ranked trade ideas firing now — continuously scans every world-map source.
Triage panel for the geographic data plane. Where the world map answers 'why is X moving?' (every dot anchored), GEO ALPHA answers 'what should I reach for right now?'. Continuously scans 13 signal classes — CFTC COT extreme positioning, chokepoint anomalies, river / tide gauges, tsunamis, M6+ quakes, volcanoes, METAR sub-VFR, drought, severe-storm reports, regional wildfires, buoy waves, Kp geomagnetic, sanctioned-vessel registry — and ranks them by score.
Each row: score badge (red ≥80, orange ≥60, yellow ≥40, cyan <40) · category tag (ENRG/AG/MAC/VOL/GEO/CLIM) · headline · why-line · anchor instrument · LONG / SHORT / WATCH. Score = 0.55·magnitude + 0.30·instrument-relevance + 0.15·recency. Liquid futures (CL/NG/GC/ZC/ZS/ZW/BZ) get the full relevance weight; equity ETFs get 0.7; cross-rates 0.5.
Every row publishes its anchor on the link bus when clicked. Workspace re-orients — chart, options chain, news all retarget to the anchor instrument. From signal → trade in one click.
When 2+ signals share the same anchor, they get promoted to a single 'COMPOUND ALPHA on <anchor>' row at the top with bonus score (+10 per extra contributor, capped at +25). The why-line lists every contributing signal. Joint signals are higher-conviction than singletons.
When a signal crosses 85 from below, the panel fires a curated audio cue on the rising edge. Per-signal 10-min cooldown to avoid alarm fatigue; 30-second startup grace so a hard refresh never pings. Reuses the chokepoint anomaly audio infrastructure — same institutional discipline.
Header strip: ALL · ENRG · AG · MAC · VOL · GEO · CLIM. Single-click to filter the panel to one desk's signals. Combine with the world map's desk-bundle presets (ENERGY / AG / MACRO / VOL) to read the whole geographic plane through one desk's lens.
