8×8 G8 cross-rate grid with hot-cell coloring.
“The FX matrix is a grid of major currency cross rates with hot cell coloring, reading relative strength across the majors.”
8×8 G8 cross-rate grid with hot-cell coloring.
USD / EUR / GBP / JPY / CHF / CAD / AUD / NZD as rows AND columns. Each off-diagonal cell shows the cross rate. Hot cells (large daily change) glow Spark; cold cells fade.
Strip below the grid: each currency's strength index (average move vs all 7 others, daily). The strongest + weakest pair is the highest-conviction trend trade for the session.
EUR row × USD column = EURUSD. JPY row × USD column = JPYUSD (= 1 / USDJPY). The matrix is symmetric in shape but not in quote convention — be careful when reading the sign of moves.
Strong currency + high rates = carry trade target long. Weak currency + low rates = carry funding leg short. Type GC + SR to see the rate differential supporting (or working against) the FX move.
