1. Copyright Notice

All content, materials, and functionality available on or through the Sharpnel Trading platform (sharpnel-trading.com) are owned by me and are protected by Dutch, European Union, and international copyright, trade dress, and intellectual property laws.

No part of this platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without my prior written permission, except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service.

2. Protected Works

The following elements of Sharpnel Trading are protected by copyright and/or trade dress and may not be copied, imitated, or used without express written permission:

Source Code & Software

All application code, algorithms, and technical implementations

UI/UX Design

Visual layouts, page structures, color schemes, component designs, and interaction patterns

Data Visualizations

Charts, heatmaps, DOM ladders, orderflow displays, and their specific presentation methods

Branding & Identity

Logos, trade names, taglines, and the overall look and feel of the platform

Written Content

Sales copy, marketing materials, feature descriptions, guides, and documentation

Feature Workflows

The unique combination and arrangement of tools, features, and user workflows

3. DMCA Takedown Notice Procedure

If you believe that content on a third-party platform infringes on Sharpnel Trading's copyrighted material, or if you believe that material on my platform infringes on your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material (e.g., a URL)
Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Please allow up to 10 business days for a response. Notices that do not comply with the requirements above may not receive a response.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium (judicial district of West Flanders / West-Vlaanderen)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, I will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, I may restore the removed material.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, I maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. I may also, at my sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the account of any user who infringes any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. Reporting Infringement of My Content

If you discover unauthorized use of Sharpnel Trading's copyrighted material, design, or trade dress on another platform or website, I would appreciate the heads up. Please report it by emailing:

8. Good Faith Warning

Under the DMCA and applicable laws, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make false claims.

9. Active Enforcement

I actively monitor for unauthorized reproduction, cloning, or imitation of the Sharpnel Trading platform. This includes automated and manual monitoring of publicly accessible websites and services.

If unauthorized use of Sharpnel Trading's intellectual property is identified, I will pursue any or all of the following remedies:

DMCA takedown notices to the infringing party's hosting provider, domain registrar, and any relevant platforms
Cease-and-desist demands with a deadline for removal of infringing material
Legal proceedings seeking injunctive relief to immediately halt infringement
Claims for actual damages, disgorgement of profits, and/or statutory damages
Recovery of all legal fees and costs from the infringing party
Reports to relevant platform providers (app stores, payment processors, advertising networks) to deplatform infringing services

I maintain detailed records of the platform's design history, commit logs, creation dates, and user access records. These records serve as evidence of original authorship and can establish a clear timeline of creation should any dispute arise.
