Company research

Every page here is built from primary SEC filings — not a vendor summary of them. That means three things you will struggle to find together anywhere else at any price:

• The structure a company actually files. Every subsidiary in the EX-21 exhibit, with its jurisdiction, and the offshore financial centres flagged. Most research tools skip this exhibit entirely.
• Scores with their inputs shown. A Piotroski F-score of 8/9 is meaningless without the nine tests. Each one is printed with the numbers it was computed from, so you can check the arithmetic instead of trusting it.
• A multi-year record, not a snapshot. Six years of revenue, net income, free cash flow, gross margin and share count — because dilution and margin drift only show up over time.
