Free is genuinely useful on its own — full equity research (Fundamentals, GF, BETA), the macro stack (IFMO, Economic Calendar), the world map with all static layers, and the alert manager. Pro unlocks live streaming data, every order-flow panel (DOM, Footprint, TPO, Time & Sales), the GEX and options stack, the native desktop terminal with custom C++ studies, the three live world-map layers (flights / vessels / weather), and live-broker routing.

Upgrade from the pricing page or the settings panel in the terminal. Downgrades and cancellations are self-serve and take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your first payment carries a 14-day refund window — cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused days; after that, previously charged renewal periods are non-refundable (your statutory EU/UK withdrawal rights are unaffected). The free Explorer tier is also available for open-ended evaluation before upgrading.
