Average / high / low target across all covered analysts. Wide dispersion (high vs low > 30% of average) = the Street disagrees = volatility opportunity around the next print.
Bottom strip: chronological list of upgrade / downgrade actions. Upgrade clusters before guidance raises (analysts sandbag, then upgrade on the print). Downgrade clusters before guide-downs.
Pre-print: type INSIDER. Officer cluster-buys + analyst upgrade cluster + IV unusually rich = three-of-three setups. Conviction trades require multiple independent signals.
