SEC Form 4 filings with cluster-signal detection.
“The insider activity panel tracks insiders' buys and sells from their filings and flags clusters, where group buying stands out.”
SEC Form 4 filings with cluster-signal detection.
Top-left: BullishCluster / BearishCluster / Mixed / Quiet. Cluster fires when 3+ insiders trade the same direction within 30 days. Bullish clusters precede earnings beats more often than not — officers know what's coming.
Each row: filer name + role (CEO/CFO/director/10% owner), transaction type (Buy/Sell/Option Grant/ 10b5-1), shares, dollar amount, % of holdings changed. Sort columns to surface large dollar moves vs incremental disposals.
10b5-1 = pre-scheduled trading plan (less informative; founders often run them on evergreen schedules). Discretionary = officer chose this moment to trade. Discretionary buys are the high-conviction signal.
Type OWN for institutional 13F holdings — are insiders + institutions moving the same way? Type ERN for the next earnings card. Insider-buy + institution-add + cheap IV = three-of-three pre-print setup.
