The discovery desk: the Screener leads — the whole US market on as-filed SEC fundamentals, cycle the named screens, sort any column — and clicking a row walks the entire desk to that company. The Corporate Blueprint and the Financials Sheet sit tabbed beside it, the chart below, ownership + insiders right. Find it, then X-ray it, without typing a ticker

Use it when: When you want a name and do not have one. Also the fastest way into any company: find it on the screener rather than typing a ticker you half-remember.

Not a futures board at all. This one starts from a screen and ends at a single company - open it when you do not yet know which name you are looking for.

• Presets in the menu bar, under the category this desk belongs to — one click applies the whole layout, and a checkmark tracks which one is active.
• Or the command palette on Ctrl+P, which finds it by name.
• Every panel can be re-pointed at another symbol from its own header, and anything the desk does not open is in the Add Panel menu.

• 1. The Screener leads. Cycle the named screens first - they are the questions worth asking before you start inventing your own filters.
• 2. Sort a column that matters to the screen you picked, and read the top and the BOTTOM. The worst rows on a quality screen are often the more interesting list.
• 3. Click a row. The whole desk walks to that company - blueprint, financials, chart, ownership, insiders - so the transition from finding to checking costs one click, not a re-type.
• 4. Corporate Blueprint and the Financials Sheet tabbed beside the screener: structure first, then the filed numbers. Ownership and insiders on the right for who else already found it.

The tell: A screen is a question, not an answer. The name that passes is the start of the work - what you want is the one that passes the screen AND survives the blueprint, because plenty of companies look clean until you see how many entities the clean number is spread across.
