You promote Sharpnel Trading with your referral link or creator code. You earn 30% of every payment a referred customer actually makes — first payment and every renewal, for as long as they stay subscribed. Rates and terms may be adjusted for future referrals; already-earned commissions are never changed retroactively.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of Sharpnel Trading. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You may not make commitments on Sharpnel's behalf.
Commissions are gross income to you. You are solely responsible for your own income tax, social contributions, and (where applicable) VAT in your country. Sharpnel withholds nothing and provides the payout records; you agree to provide accurate tax details (country, business/individual status, VAT or tax ID, address) and to keep them current — Sharpnel uses them for its own statutory reporting.
You agree that Sharpnel issues a self-billed commission statement for each payout on your behalf (the industry-standard mechanism for affiliate programs). Each statement is available in your dashboard; if you do not object in writing within 14 days of a statement being issued, it is deemed accepted. If you are VAT-registered, no VAT is charged on statements — where applicable the reverse-charge mechanism applies ('Btw verlegd' / Art 196 EU VAT Directive). If your own rules require you to issue invoices differently, contact us before your first payout.
Commissions settle only after the underlying payment clears. If a referred payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission reverses. If the cash was already paid out to you, the reversed amount is deducted from your next payout. Your balance never goes negative — outstanding adjustments are shown on your dashboard and simply reduce what your future commissions pay out.
Requested codes go live only after review — offensive, misleading, brand-squatting, or campaign-colliding codes are declined. Promote honestly: no income or profit promises, no fake results, no spam, no paid ads on Sharpnel brand terms, and no listing codes on coupon or deal-aggregator sites — this program pays people who put the product in front of their own audience, not sites that intercept a checkout already in progress. Disclose your affiliate relationship where the law requires it (e.g. FTC-style disclosure). Self-referrals don't earn. Violations can end the partnership and void unpaid commissions from the violating activity.
Minimum payout $50. Recurring commissions become withdrawable after a hold window that covers the refund period. Payouts go to the PayPal account, bank account, or Stripe account you configure — held in your own name.
